What it looks like

  • The Work Hierarchy & Backlog table showing epics, features, stories, tasks and bugs with their status and priority.
    Epics down to bugs in one backlog you can actually read, sorted the way the work is really shaped.
  • The Delivery Kanban grouping work items into Backlog, To do, In progress, Blocked and Done columns.
    What's queued, what's moving and what's stuck — the delivery board answers all three at a glance.
  • The Requirements table listing requirements with a lifecycle status of draft, proposed or approved.
    Requirements with a lifecycle of their own, so “approved” means approved and not “somebody mentioned it once”.
  • The Decisions table listing recorded decisions with their status.
    Decisions recorded next to the work they govern, not in a document nobody reopens.
