Abusive Behavior Policy
Effective October 13, 2026
Why this page exists
Tidy’s team helps you with some of your most personal data: your mail, your calendar, your notes. That works best when the conversation is respectful on both sides. This page says what we consider abusive toward the people who support you, and what happens then.
What counts as abuse
Demeaning or insulting language aimed at a person. Personal attacks. Threats of violence, toward yourself or others. Harassment. Flooding the support channel. Threats made to force an outcome.
Frustration is not abuse. Firm complaints, disagreement, and honest anger are welcome, and they will never put your account at risk. The line is behavior aimed at a person, not a strong opinion about the product.
What we may do
Smallest step first:
- Ask for the behavior to stop.
- Limit or pause support contact.
- Suspend or close the account, as the Terms of Service allow.
- Report threats and illegal behavior to the authorities.
Hard feedback is welcome
Angry feedback about the product is still useful. Send it to [email protected]. We want the blunt version.
